There have been a number of new and revised documents produced over the last few months which are summarised below:
1) Air Fed Mask Inspection From produced to provide records of familiarisation (which is being undertaken by Nigel Jeffery and local trained reps) and maintenance of masks including changing of filters and consumables. Procedure 07 PPE - Appendix - Air Fed Mask Inspection FORM.docx
Note we should only be using the JSP Power Cap Infinity or Sundstorm Air Fed masks which need to be approved by a Contracts Manager; these records should be sent to Keysha Parker to be recorded on Bob personnel records.
2) Confined Space permit for Water Procedure 22 Permits APPENDIX - Permit to Enter & Confined Space Log (Water) FORM.docx – developed from the existing more simple permit following consultation with water teams.
3) Appendix to Method Statement for Water projects with confined space PROCEDURE 05 RAMS - APPENDIX Water Method Statement Entry Checklist FORM.docx - this is a new checklist to ensure we have consistency across our teams in approach and information for the Entry Controller. This one page appendix should form part of the Method Statement and be laminated and provided to the Entry Controller.
4) Revised Group Organogram with the major change being around the formation of a new sister Australian company Australia PTY in September which will be separated from CRL Centura Group Organisation Chart.pdf
5) Updated CRL UK Organogram CRL Organisation Structure.pdf
6) The PUWER Procedure Procedure 18 - Plant & Equipment & PUWER.pdf and now includes guidance relating to requirements for compressors or pressure vessels – those containing a gas or liquid > 0.5 bar or size > 250 bar/Litres requires a Written Scheme of Examination; and register Procedure 18 Appendix - Plant & Equipment & PUWER - Record of Inspections FORM.docx on which we need to include details of latest plant Written Scheme of Examination.
7) Guidelines to the installation of Heras Fencing following presentation from Chris Donahue on topic Fencing Planning and Installation Guidelines.pdf
8) Temporary Works Procedure 30 Temporary Works.pdf updated with Adam Dubiel appointed DI for Scotland, and link to new Fencing Planning and Installation Guidelines.
9) Temporary Works Register Procedure 30 TW APPENDIX - Project TW Register FORM.docx now includes a drop-down column for design check categories.
10) H&S Risk Assessment Template (Form 09) – now also includes the revised risk rating on the summary page CRL H&S Risk Assessment template.xlsm
11) Updated Subcontract Order template – a few minor changes and addition of a new clause re sub-subcontracting. Form 21 Subcontract Order.docx
