His unwavering commitment, reliability, and wealth of experience made him an integral part of the team.
Over the past 29 years, he has contributed to the region’s most complex and high-profile contracts, including Drax and Wylfa Power Stations, as well as the significant "3Ls" project in Sunderland, carry out essential repairs to Lambton, Lumley, and Londonderry tower blocks, homes still serving the local community today.
Park Hill Flats Sheffield - Gary played a key role in the refurbishment of the iconic Park Hill Flats in Sheffield, Europe’s largest Grade II listed building. He oversaw critical concrete repair and structural restoration works, ensuring they met both heritage requirements and long-term performance standards. His expertise was vital in developing sympathetic repair solutions and working closely with conservation officers and project stakeholders. Gary’s leadership ensured the delivery of high-quality, durable repairs that preserved the building’s architectural integrity. The project is now a landmark of sustainable regeneration, featured in This is England and Doctor Who.
