Renfrewshire Council have awarded a contract to CRL’s Scottish office for “Multi-Storey Condition Surveys” to fourteen tower blocks in and around Paisley, near Glasgow.
These surveys will be carried out during 2020 by CRL’s multi-disciplined team of specialists who have a wealth of knowledge in inspection and refurbishment of multi-storey blocks.
Once these surveys have been completed the data collected will be used by Renfrewshire Council to develop a programme of planned maintenance for these properties to enable them to continue to provide quality, safe, affordable housing within these blocks for years to come.
