As we step into January 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us here and share my heartfelt gratitude for each of you. This year is not just the beginning of another chapter—it marks a historic milestone for Concrete Repairs Ltd, our 70th Anniversary. CRL started as a small specialist London based contractor. It employed only a handful of people but recognised a gap in the market. From then on the business has expanded to service the needs of the entire United

Kingdom, has regularly worked overseas and of late has expanded in to the Australian market. It has developed and supported the careers of countless people and today can boast nearly 400 employees.

From those humble beginnings to becoming the most trusted name in our industry today, this achievement is a testament to the resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment of our people. No other company in our sector even comes close.

Seventy years is more than a number; it represents decades of hard work, challenges overcome, and opportunities embraced. Our founders envisioned a company built on integrity, quality, and professional engineering —and those values continue to remain at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, we have evolved, adapted to changing markets, and embraced new technologies, but our core purpose has never wavered: to deliver excellence and create lasting value for our customers and communities.

This anniversary is not just about looking back; it’s about looking forward with renewed energy. The world around us is changing faster than ever—digital transformation, sustainability, and global connectivity are reshaping industries. CRL is ready to lead in this new era, guided by the same principles that have sustained us for seven decades.

This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the creation of Centura Group. In 2006 the senior managers of CRL were presented with a golden opportunity to acquire CRL. Thanks to their vision and the support of all the staff the business has gone from strength to strength and never looked back.

None of this would have been possible without you—our dedicated employees, partners, and stakeholders. Your passion, creativity, and commitment have been the cornerstone of our success. Every project completed, every client served, and every innovation introduced reflects the collective effort of our team. I am deeply proud of what we have achieved together and excited about what lies ahead.

As we enter this New Year we must remain focused and maintain the growth and momentum of previous trading periods. We start with a healthy order book and a strong financial position. We will continue to invest in all our business units to help drive innovation and growth. We must always be prepared for change and when opportunities arise we must embrace them.

We have always recognized our responsibility to the environment and society. In 2026, we will accelerate our sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our growth contributes positively to the world around us.

Our success depends on our people. We will strengthen our commitment to professional development, diversity, and inclusion.  We must maintain an environment where everyone can thrive and feel safe and motivated.

The past year has brought its share of challenges, but it has also shown us the power of resilience and collaboration. As we celebrate this milestone, let us carry forward the lessons
