Mayplace Primary School in Bexleyheath Gets a Structural Maykover!
Work on our Mayplace School project is progressing rapidly and is on programme to complete ready for the new school year entry in September 2019.
We’ve designed a new 2 storey classroom wing together with a new reception and nursery block. The classroom is a braced steel frame with precast floors and provides 6 much needed classrooms for the expanding needs of this popular school. The overall design by ECD Architects brings a refreshing uplift to the school campus.
The development boasts a number of sustainability features, including green roofs, solar reflective glass, photo-voltaic panels and a grey water system. All of which contribute to the overall BREEAM rating of ‘Very-Good’
