Centura Group is seeking to appoint a Senior HR Leader (Designate) to strengthen the strategic capability of the HR function as we continue to grow across the UK and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional, or someone ready to step into a broader leadership role, to help shape and develop the future of HR across the business.

Key Focus Areas

Building a visible and credible HR function across the organisation
Strengthening employment governance and reducing legal risk
Introducing robust HR systems and organisational reporting
Aligning HR more closely with training and workforce capability development
Leading learning & development across the organisation
Supporting international growth, including the Australian operation
Managing leadership transition within the existing HR team

What We’re Looking For

CIPD Level 7 or working towards.
