This £1.1m live project is enhancing the durability, resilience, and long-term operational lifespan of a critical telecommunications asset — all while maintaining continuous operation of the facility.
Over the 27-week programme, our team is undertaking a comprehensive package of:
• Specialist remedial concrete repairs
• Façade protection and coating works
• Structural and weatherproofing improvements
• Security access door replacements
• High-level infrastructure remediation
Given the scale and complexity of the tower, a carefully coordinated multi-access strategy has been implemented, combining:
• Rope access
• Mast climbers
• Independent scaffold systems

Detailed condition surveys identified areas of deteriorated and delaminated concrete, allowing our teams to carry out targeted repairs including reinforcement treatment, corrosion management, and reinstatement using approved repair systems. A long-term protective coating is also being applied to improve façade performance and future asset protection.
